This adorable little girl's outfit is 100% cotton and is custom made as a one of a kind design.  Each rhinestone is carefully hand placed in the design.  The bike shorts features a custom tie dye pattern created to match this top perfectly!  The shorts are elastic at the waist for maximum comfort and fit.
